BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICE -RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL
A pre-purchase inspection of a property is a very important step in the purchase of a home or business.  The inspection will identify deficiencies in a building as well as well built features.  The inspector is the important part of the process.  Our inspectors are well trained and very capable of identifying deficiencies and well built features.  Our inspections take two to three hours to complete.  It is a complete look at all the visible components of the house.  We provide an on the spot, written report.  Inspections start at $240 for a Single Family Residence of 2,000 square feet or less.

H.U.D. 203k CONSULTANT SERVICE
Don Osborne is a H.U.D. certified 203k Consultant performing Consultant services since 1997.  The H.U.D. 203k loan is a loan insured by H.U.D. that provides a mortgage so that the buyer may take possession of a property and the loan also provides a repair escrow fund so that the buyer may make needed repairs to the property.  This loan is ideal for those properties in need of at least $5,000 of repairs.  Please call for more information as well as financial institutions which offer the 203k loan.
